The Appliciant hereby applies to become an Affiiate Member of the Consortium pursuant to clause 10.4 of the Consortium Agreement in relation to Trust Alliance NZ dated 12 December 2019 (Agreement). The Appliciant agrees to be bound by the Agreement as amended from time to time and by any rules, regulations or by laws of the Council that are in force from time to time. The Appliciant agrees that, if admitted to membership, then membership will be deemed to have commenced from [ ] and agrees to pay the joining charges accuring from that date pursuant to clauses 4.13 and 4.15A of the Agreement.
